Desert Center, California is located in the south-east of the state, and is home to a variety of schools. The town's main school district is the Desert Center Unified School District (DCUSD), which serves over 250 students from kindergarten through grade 8. The districts' schools are highly rated and offer a wide range of academics to cater to each student’s individual needs. There are two elementary schools, an intermediate school, and a middle school in the area, all of which offer excellent programming. In addition, there are several charter schools in the region that also provide quality education for students. All of these local schools work together to ensure that students receive the best possible education they can get.
