At the elementary level, there are options like Big Spring Elementary and Marcy Elementary which both have very strong academic programs and offer activities such as art and music programs to help enhance the learning experience. Big Spring High School offers AP classes for more advanced students while Marcy High School focuses on career readiness courses. The local schools also offer sports programs with teams in soccer, basketball, baseball, softball and track & field that compete in district competitions across the region. We picked Big Spring over Midland because of the rolling hills and nature. True there isn't a lot to do here except hike or run the mountain. There is a small movie  More
