Buhl, Idaho is a small city located on the Snake River in Twin Falls County with a population of approximately 6,000. The city operates under a mayor-council form of government, with the mayor and four council members elected to serve four-year terms. The current mayor is Lonnie Hill and the current council members are Tom Gentry, Jeff Smedley, Jim Moore, and Randy Ehlert.
