Garner, NC is a vibrant town located in Wake County right outside of Raleigh. With an estimated population of 33,000 people, Garner offers its residents many amenities such as restaurants, shopping centers, and parks. At the local level, Garner is served by the Wake County Board of Commissioners, which is composed of seven members who represent different districts within the county. Along with the board, there are two state representatives that serve each legislative district within the town limits. I moved here about a year ago from FL and love it. We chose Johnston County as opposed to Wake County due to the tax base and the schools. The cost of a home out here  More
