Dover, OH is a small town of around 13,000 people in Tuscarawas County located in the Northeastern region of Ohio. The town is governed by a Mayor and six Council Members who are elected to serve four year terms. In recent elections, Dover's political landscape has been dominated by the Republican Party and the current Mayor is a Republican. There have also been several issues over the past few years which have divided residents of Dover both politically and socially.
