Iowa City is a great place to live, there is always something to do, if you are not able to find anything Des Moines is not too far away. When it comes to finding a place to live if you are planning on renting look around first. There are good cheaper places to live if you keep away from downtown or the football stadium, if you are willing to pay more go closer to downtown.
