Larchmont is not affordable to anyone. It is very pretty and super safe but how do you think they are getting this kind of treatment!
Average home is $800,000 for a small cottage and by the way taxes are high. Everything is expensive! From parking (must have a permit all year around $800 minimum - no parking on any street more than 4 hours max) and with parking tickets flying from the sky it is even better. To transportation, access to small beach, golf, etc....) too bad.
