| low Housing costs- great weather - 1/6/2006
low to mid range housing in compared to nation. Median home is 130,000 dollars.
arid desert environment, temperatures average 70's .
great golf courses, clean city,
43% hispanic population, wonderful people, though under valued for their contribution to community wealth and cultural color is gray due to lack of cultural recognition.
Well managed city, great zoo and recent development in public art appreciation.
community college great
need to support funding in general education programs
property taxes perceived to be high
