Lawrence: Pros and Cons

Lawrence suprised me, its a beautiful town. The town has a number of nice
parks, lots of trees and Mass Street offers many great stores to shop from.
The people are very nice. Plus, your an easy drive to Topeka or KC. Lawrence
also has a good music scene. It is a nice town to raise a family in. Great
weather. Low Crime rate.
Cons:the town lacks for quality rests(very few good ones). Very weak job
market. Pick wisely the area you live in, unless you enjoy listening to KU
kids partying all the time.
I enjoyed the time I lived in Lawrence.
