Living in Bella Vista

There is nothing great about living in Bella Vista, Arkansas. While it is beautiful, it costs way too much to live here. By the time you pay association dues, picture ID cards, if you live in a townhouse, you also pay townhouse association fees, then the price of water is outrageous, not to mention they just raised it again. Even if you are away for a month you will still pay a minimum of approximately $35.00. You also pay to use the anemities, i.e., recreation ranging from golf, to swimming, to exercising to fishing to docking boat fees. Houses were recently assessed, and for some reason, the houses were assessed higher. Even though the economy is very poor and prices of houses other places are decreasing. If you are thinking about moving to Bella Vista, please do your homework!!!! so you won't be surprised of all the extra costs. If you don't ask, they don't tell.
