I love it here.

I come from the most congested corrupt state and city in the world...Chicago,IL. I moved here because I hate crowds and love warm weather. My mortgage is non existant.My new house is a dream. My new pool is excellent, the beach is never ending, the weather is nice. I'd rather be homeless here than a millionaire in Chicago. You can have it I'm here to stay. To the people who hate it here, you're nuts... if you are essentially an uneducated lazy bustout then you will be one everywhere you go. To the fake contractors here... buy some tools or don't show up. Don't blame Palm Bay... my home.
