| Don't be fooled - 9/24/2006
Do not be fooled this is not the perfect place to live or work unless you like being paid under what you're worth. This is a retirement area so unless you're prior military or have some other retirement money think twice. Housing prices are high and you have to dodge hurricanes every year so if you you're coming you better bring a generator with you.

| Retirement Heaven - 6/21/2006
If you like the EXREMELY slow life, with lots of EXREMELY slow traffic from all of the EXTREMELY slow drivers, and absolutely nothing to do for any kind of fun besides going to Walmart, this is the place for you!
Enjoy being surrounded by 100,000+ residents who are old enough to be the missing link!

If housing prices are important to you, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Housing is extremely expensive, with no end in sight.

| Palm Bay - Live, Work And Play In Palm Bay! - 4/7/2006
Palm Bay is beyond all cities I have ever visited or lived in. There is so much going on here. New construction everywhere, new stores and malls, so it's always changing and never boring. Palm Bay has the best of all worlds, with friendly faces, multiple cultures, the river, the beaches, the parks, tons of city events and still plenty of open space. This is truly a tropical paradise. The only complaint I have is there's no snow, but we visit New York every year for that and then rush home to jump in our pool.
