This is really irresponsible advice for students and families who have to make a living with a viciously competitive rental market (that discriminates against students, pets and religiously unaffiliated people) and $10-12/hour service industry jobs being your options. This was *before* 2 town's worth of rental overflow options burned down (Talent & Phoenix, down the road).
