Where exactly did you see "one empty one after another" strip malls in Suwanee, GA? I live in Suwanee and have for over 10 years and there is not one such anywhere in this town. Also, I challenge your assertion of "so many subdivisions started and not finished". Again, none come to mind but I will admit there probably is one or two which might not be completely built out but, you give the impression the entire town is a ghost town of abandoned strip malls and vacant land and this could not be farther from the truth. Suwanee is a thriving city which consistently ranks near the top of best places to live in the US. So, I don't know what your agenda is but you are 100% wrong.
