My brother lives in homestead and he has sharded his dislike for the area that he moved to. Everyday he has seen people speaking profanity in spanish to others like it was the normal language of the land. No matter how much money is spent in education today in America it will not turn it around. The system is broke and no matter who is in the white house it has gone on the same path as the Roman Empire.
