My Dad was in the Air Force for 24 years. We wound up settling in this wonderful town when my Dad retired, and I have been here ever since - going on 32 years! I have two children and have every confidence in our school systems. We are close to everything - the Smoky Mountains, various lakes, big entertainment in Knoxville (concerts, Knoxville Opera Company, Knoxville Symphony, etc) and the Foothills Fall Festival which was voted best in the South. No rushing here and there. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
