| Although the Winter is great, the cultural activities are advancing and the Dining choices are endless, the traffic can be horrific.
Summer's are great if one has a pool or living waterside. All the Snowbirds are gone.
The population is as close as one can get to living in a foreign City but with all the advantages of Stateside living.
