Review of Costa Mesa, California

Too many people
Star Rating - 8/19/2006
The quality of life in Costa Mesa has declined over the last 20 years. It now takes 20-30 minutes to drive 3 miles across town, it gets even worse in the summer months as people drive through our city to get to the beach. The population mix has changed and with it came gangs and "taggers" compared to when I first moved here in 1987. With this population shift came a lower standard of living with overcrowding of apartments/homes and "third world" cultures. We now have over crowded schools, hospitals and jails due largely to mass illegal immigration.
