Review of Garden Grove, California

In Two Words . . . Almost Perfect
Star Rating - 6/6/2011
Garden Grove is right next to Anaheim (Disneyland), about 40 miles south of LA. Ten miles from the coast (as the crow flies), about a 20-30 minute drive to the beach, with traffic. But close enough to the coast to enjoy the constant clear, blue skies and temps usually in the 70's. I love living close to the beach and ocean, but for me, it is too busy here. I prefer living in less-populated areas. There is too much traffic, traffic, traffic. There is a lot to do from visiting Hollywood, LA, the many beach communities, San Diego and all the other activities a large metropolitan area has to offer, but you will have to deal with a lot of traffic. All of the major roadways, the 5, 101, the infamous 405 and everything in-between are overly conjested! Always a price to pay for paradise!
