positives and negatives

I lived in Chesterfield for 5 years in the 90's and the positive aspects are great schools, clean area and crime free. However, this is suburbia and there is absolutely nothing charming about it. There is no downtown area and basically it is just suburbs off of Clarkson Road. There is no sense of community. Most people were from other cities who were transferred there and they were very friendly.
