What happened?

I moved back to Cleveland about a year ago and was shocked. I have only been gone for 7 years, but it seems like the city has gone down hill. The public schools sound even worse than when I attended them and downtown seemed like a bunch of empty store fronts with people wondering around aimlessly. The only two good things I have heard about are the hosiptals and the metroparks. The job market is bad unless you are a nurse. There are many homes that are empty (less population) and boarded up. Now, a bill passed and a casino is being built in the downtown/Flats area. I can see more crime coming this way. I just hope I can move to a new state soon, as I am not loving comeing back to this city.
