Review of Provo, Utah

Cost of Living Comparison
Star Rating - 4/26/2007
I was surprised to see that the median home price in Provo was in the $150's My estimate would have put that number around the $175's. It is possible that the large student population and heavy rental percentage may distort the numbers to a degree. We have been looking for a home in the $150's for several years and there has been very little of appeal and certainly nothing constructed in the last 40 years.
