Small town good cost of living

Fulton is a small town but the cost of living in Callaway county versus Boone county (Columbia) is a lot better. If you are looking at employment in Columbia or Jefferson City it's about a 20 min drive on I-70 to each city. The drive is worth the difference in price per acre costs for buying a house or land.
