I am a local Realtor in Wickenburg, AZ, and I also chose the town of Wickenburg as my home and place to raise two kids. I love the climate, the "small town" atmosphere, and the people. Wickenburg has all of the necessities (schools, grocery stores, hardware store), and it is close enough to the big metropolis of Phoenix which has everything else. As far as homes available in Wickenburg, we have almost everything. What you won't see alot of is the cookie cutter subdivision homes that you will find in the Phoenix Metro area. Most of our homes are on larger lots, and we have alot of Horse Properties as well. Current home prices range from $60,000 to $3,000,000. We have something for everyone![read more...]
