Bombed Out, Broken and Depressing - 12/3/2016
While Texarkana, Texas can look relatively neat in places, the "Arkansas side" is another story. The majority of this community is infested with crime, homelessness, and unbelievable poverty. Many of the buildings on the main drag (9th St) are either shuttered or rotting on their foundations. Hardly any big chain businesses are here except a small number off the interstate. Texarkana is twice as nice - 5/15/2011
What does it mean? Nice people? Nice roads? Bull!!!
People in this city don't even say thank you when you give them a favor. Therefore, they are barely say thank you.
However, the car wash places in this city still owe me some amount of money because their washing machines are suck. What you pay is what you loose in their machines. Is that mean, "as twice as nice"?

Thank you for reading my post.
