First I should say that Murphys elevation is about 2000 feet despite what the info on this site says. The summers are hot! Very close to Central Valley of California heat. Its tolerable in the shade but the sun is bright and warm in the summer. Winters are nice. Murphys gets a little dusting of snow during the winter.
