Here in Camelot - 4/7/2008
Thousand Oaks has a beautiful climate, miles of open space for hiking and biking, a low crime rate, ample plays and concerts, a fabulous Park and Rec Center, good churches and schools, plenty of places to eat and shop and is 20 minutes from the beach and a couple of hours from great wineries. The city has been well-planned with pretty, well-maintained neighborhoods and roads that loop around green or golden hills. Housing and this and that. - 5/15/2007
Lived in thousand oaks 7 years. Housing is way overpriced. Weather is very good. People are somewhat friendly, but the city is becoming very yuppie like. A lot of people into their appearance. The town feels very superficial, but on the bright side has very good Read More
