Cost of Living In Palm Beach Gardens - 12/19/2008
The cost of living in Palm Beach Gardends has become financially unsustainable for our family. The homeowners taxes are ridiculously high and the homeowners insurance is becoming out of reach for most homeowners. Not to mention that the coverage is terrible. Between the taxes and insurance we are paying about $6,000.00 a year. That is almost equal to the principal and interest on our mortgage!!! All this while the selling price of our house is falling with no end in sight. We love it here, but are going to have to find a cheaper place in Florida to live.[read more...] |
