I've lived in Toccoa 17 years it's not a good place.Toccoa had the highest meth trafficking per Capita in America, highest crime rate per Capita in America,a extremely high cost of living,nothing here for teenagers to do and highest murder rate per Capita . This city sets kids up for failur nothing but dope and crime and the mayer cut funding to treatment programs.just
