They make up ordinances against everything when and have ordinances against everything.
These areas in Indianapolis have more ordinances and rules then most places in

Great place to raise a family but can be boring an - 5/18/2007
Greenwood is a small city with a lot of amenities. The county politics is mostly republican which is inline with beliefs yet it can be corrupt at times. It seems somebody is elected and then caught giving a buddy or family member a "ghost" job. Other than that it has some real appeal. Low cost of home ownership, taxes are low and schools are great.
