Magnolia is a safe and great place to raise a family. Magnolia ISD is one of the top school districts in Texas. There are a lot of great golf courses located near Magnolia, excellent medical care in Tomball, The Woodlands, and Houston. Lake Conroe is 25 minutes away and it’s only 1 ½ hours to the coast. Houston turned into a mess. Moved to Tomball. Tomball was eaten up by Houston and turned into a mess. Moved to Magnolia. Magnolia is currently being eaten up by Houston. Katrina evacuees and illegal aliens have taken over and created huge problems in the area. Moving to the midwest. It should take 30-40 years for Houston to grow that far to catch us.
