Housing Prices compared to Quality of living - 12/14/2007
Centerville is an amazing place nestled between the Great Salt Lake and the Wasatch Mountain. There is very little room to expand which gives home owners the feel of a small town, but only minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Schools are great, violent crimes are low and the temperature is not too high in the summer and not too low in the winter. Homes are well maintained and neighbors are friendly. This city is very very clean and neat! Not many rundown areas! Have lived here my entire life, people are generally nice. Traffic is getting worse by the year, housing prices keep going up and up. There is alot to do here.[read more...] |
