Is Homestead still in the US?

Moved from Southern Utah to South Florida in 2006. We had no other chance, but after two months we were already thinking about to get out here.
People are so rude, People are so selfish, People don't speak english, People come here to the US and try to adapt americans to their culture.
They don't even try to be proud to be in the States, they don't even try to adapt the multi culture. Why should they? Everything is in spanish, even to become a AMERICAN citiezen you get in spanish.
Teachers don't speak enough english and they teach?????
Homestead is for me a 3rd world country and just could South Florida off and give it to the latins.
Why I'm still here? Because we have a job commitment and hoping to get out asap.
