Terrible area, no restaurants, no stores. One of the deadest areas in the USA. Corruption everywhere. If you are not one of the local attorneys, good luck on starting a business. Most are owned by a small group, who have control over building inspectors. Outsiders beware. Cops are abusive. Very high crime, even though the cops won't take reports of it. High heroin usage. A lot of bribery goes on here. More stores closing by the day. Hookers everywhere. If you like dumb dirty corrupt people, you may fit in here!
