Overrated

A lot of people move here and expect to have everything just "work out." I've heard so many horror stories of people ending up on the streets with their dreams of moving to this incredibly expensive, high unemployment, tiny town.
This town was a lot nicer many years ago, but now it feels like a lot of people are trying very hard to convince you (and themselves) what heaven this place is, in spite of all of its flaws.
Ashland is a good place to vacation to. Living here is another story. Please keep that in mind when you think about relocating.
