Flagstaff - A mountain town

What was once a large mountain town is now a small city. Property prices here are above average, and the market is nfluenced by both the influx of "Californians" seeking alternative lifestyles and by second homeowners. The surrounding area, including the San Francisco Peaks on the Coconino NF are nothing but magnificent.
