I have lived here 30 yrs and it is great especially if you like extortion, fraud, theft, back biting, a police force that has no respect for you or your rights, a judicial that uses you to fund the useless bull**** the city likes to think is important . Think duck dynasty meets New York, you know your favorite pig in a dress. Where street people(scum) masquerading as homeless are treated to the run of the city. When they are done stealing all they we feed them if the cuisine is to their liking if not they just throw it on the ground for us to clean up later.
