When we first moved to Parkville it was a nice working class area. Then with section 8 put in our neighborhood it turned it into a crime ridden dump. The people are classless and have little or nothing to offer. The only thing I can count on is the police helicopter flying over our homes looking for the last person who just robbed someone....
