Pros and Cons

After living here for 30+ years, it's time for a more temperate climate. It has been a wonderful place to raise children. Low crime, no state income tax. The wind and bitter cold are the two things I won't miss. Right now the SE corner of the state is in a boom cycle. High paying oil field jobs. If you have a CDL, you will have no problem gaining employment.
