I don't know where you get your information, but from the climate to population to ALL of your facts...THEY ARE WRONG! The population at best is 3500 people, the weather is mostly RAIN! It is a poverty area. The median house cannot be $275,000. Where do you get your facts. I won't believe any of Sperlings facts on any city on your site if this is an example of accuracy!
