Review of Tortolita, Arizona

To Good To Be True?
Star Rating - 4/15/2007
One risks over-crowding when bragging about any good or unique area. Never-the-less truth must be told. If one likes the "outdoor" and "Natural world" lifestyle, then it likely can't be beat in the Tortolita Area. We have about 340 days of sunshine each year. Of these approximately 200 of them have the temperature of 78 degrees during the daylight hours. That means that outdoor living whether on ones patio or out walking, biking, hiking, or any other outdoor activity has very many days in which to engage. We also have more dirt roads than paved and more trail miles then either, though that is changing with our discovery and the rush to build million dollar homes in this paradise. The wildlife runs the entire range of animals found in S. Arizona with the possible exception of the Jaguar. Big to small, we've got it all!
