Review of Laramie, Wyoming

One of the best-kept little secrets
Star Rating - 8/16/2019
One of the best-kept little secrets. This is one of the few places in the US where you don't need AC in the summer. The state of Wyoming puts much money into the Laramie economy. Laramie is built around the University of Wyoming and that university receives more state funding per student than any other in the US. The campus and its facilities are stunning. Laramie is super-bike-friendly, and is surrounded by open spaces and there is direct access from town into the Medicine Bow National Forest with many trails and the best Nordic skiing in winter.
