TO HELP PEOLE THAT IS HOMELESS

IT IS SO HARD FOR PEOLE TO FIND A PLACE TO LIVE AND TO FIND THE HELP TO GET IN A PLACE THAT IS HOMELESS.ALSO THERE IS NO JOBS IN THE AREA FOR THE ONES THAT IS NOT WORKING. IS THERE SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE CAN DO ABOUT THE COST FOR RENT AND THE LIGHT BILL IS TOO HIGH. THE POOR PEOPLE IS IN AREA THAT CAN NOT PAY THE RENT OR THE HIGH LIGHT BILL.PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE WITH THIS PROMBLE.
