Northern Indiana Climate

Though not as tough as WI, MN, or MI, the winters here are long and cold. Lake effect snow lasts until April, short sketchy springs and fall, and hot and humid summers. The annual temp swing is around 120 degrees. I sometime wonder why the native tribes and early settlers picked this area.
