Cost of Living Increase

Since Phoenix has had the hit with its "big boom" with the housing market over the last few years, many havent seen any increase with cost of living. Its made it more difficult to live here on my salary, while gas, food, and real estate have increased a great deal. Im ready to to relocate after 13 years...
