I lived in Mims for 4 years. It takes getting used to. I loved the fact that there wasn't much for traffic, compared to Central Fl. My teenage daughter learned to drive More
Mims is a relatively small town, attached to Titusville FL. The small town is nice if you want to get away from the hustle of Central Florida, but there isn't too much More
Mims is semi rural...we love that about it. However, summers, (April-Nov), are too hot and humid in our opinion.
Maybe it's just that it goes on too long!
