I have visited this area and it is very nice. I am thinking of longer stays. The only thing I find troubling is the lower end rating for water in this area in general.  More

Very high property taxes in Geneva NY. If you are buying a home, it is about $50/per $1000 of assessed value for school, county, city taxes combined. High utility costs  More
