High taxes, tolls, utilities but close to NYC. Not a good place to retire unless well to do & you have a house on the Jersey shore. Then again, that's if your house  More

I have visited this area and it is very nice. I am thinking of longer stays. The only thing I find troubling is the lower end rating for water in this area in general.  More

I bought a really nice house in Port Charlotte fl with a pool on a corner lot 1 block from Sunrise park where u can put your boat in a go to the Gulf Ocean-I think its  More
