Excellant place to retire. I have lived in the Sun Cities area ,(there are several)since 1990 and have lived here year round. It is true that the summers can be hot, but the lack of humidity makes a big difference. For most of 9 months out of the year you can kick back and enjoy life to it's fullest. With so many venues now in our state I can't imagine what else you could want. My wife is a Realtor here and she just loves showing people the lifestyle you can have here and most of the homes in the Sun Cities Areas are very affordable and taxes are very low because we have no school districts to support.
