Not that Bad I haved lived in Green Bay for almost 10 years now and while the climate can be difficult at times, the people are all very inviting. We have a great melting pot of people and cultures while the crime, especially violent crime, remains lower than in most cities of this size. The city plays host to many large festivals for everyone to enjoy and the quality of life here is in my opinion high. We're not California sunny all the time, but it is a great place to live and raise a family.
